Anthem is a wonderful master planned community! It was ranked sixth out of 65 Arizona cities for "Best Places in Arizona to Raise a Family", and the "Best Master Planned Community for Children" in AZ Foothills' "Best of Our Valley" list. Anthem is built at the base of Daisy Mountain and Gavilan Peak, first developed by Del Webb in 1999 as a master-planned community in the foothills. It is situated approximately 34 miles north of downtown Phoenix. You will love all the activities that Anthem organizes. There are at least four annual planned events. I love to attend the Fourth Of July fireworks with games for the kids food and other actives. At Christmas we enjoy the lighting of the tallest tree at the Anthem Outlets across from the community. You have multiple parks, rock climbing wall, full size fitness center, Olympic sized pool and splash pool for the kids to play in. 

There are skateboard ramps, softball and soccer fields, along with the catch and release lakes, the train runs through the tunnel by the depot and circles the children's playground. Be sure to take a ride to see the beautiful landscape! If you are a golfer you will enjoy the golf course and clubhouse on the Anthem side of the Country Club homes
